Thanksgiving 2012

Thanksgiving this year was wonderful. We started off the morning with an 8k Turkey Trot through downtown with about 1,000 other people. The entry fee was 1 or more canned goods that were going to be donated to a local homeless shelter. I can't think of a better way to start off Thanksgiving day than by helping others. After the run we headed to my grandmother's for lunch, and then finished off the day at Matt's parents for dessert and games. I'm thankful for such a wonderful family and all the memories that were made that day.
