Pregnancy Update: 35 Weeks

How Far Along: 35 Weeks

Size of Baby: Lincoln is as big as a coconut– about 17.2-18.7 inches long and weighs between 4.2 to 5.8 lbs.

Maternity Clothes: Oh yes! I am wearing all maternity pants, but can still make some regular shirts fit if I put a tank top on underneath and leave it unbuttoned with a belt.

Stretch Marks: None yet! I hope I can last 5 more weeks without getting any. The Burt's Bees belly butter is still doing the trick!
Sleep: I start out sleeping on a pillow ramp I create for myself. I then switch to a side position around 3am when I come back from a run to the potty. My left mid back and rib on the front of my body have been causing me a bit of pain, so sleeping is getting a little more uncomfortable.

Best Moment of the Week:  Counting down the days and realizing I only have 32 days until my due date. We are so excited to meet him!

Movement:  He moves all day long. It is so crazy to watch my stomach shift back and forth. He likes to stick what I think is a knee or foot out by my right hip and stretch out. My stomach looks like a football when he does it.

Cravings: Nothing particular

Gender: Boy! Lincoln Grey

Belly Button In or Out: In still, but getting more shallow.

Wedding Ring on or off: Wedding ring is on. I have a little swelling in my hands when I wake up, but it goes away quickly. That rash I had developed under my wedding ring has gone away too.

Anything Making You Queasy or Sick: Nope

What I Miss: Being able to lay on my stomach. Red wine. Normal clothes.

What I am Looking Forward to: Meeting our little fella in a few short weeks!

Labor Signs: I've been having Braxton Hicks contractions and they are becoming more often. Hopefully that's a sign he will be arriving soon!

Nursery: Nursery is complete! You can see it here.

Emotions:  I feel great! I haven't had any mood swings, only happy giddy ones. Hopefully those will continue until the end.
